Why Mushyvanta exists

We opened on Bellamystraat in 2018 because many Amsterdam acts had songs ready but nowhere to track band and vocals properly at once. We built a 42 m² live room, separate iso booths and a control room used for recording, mixing and mastering.

We stay deliberately small: you work with Lars, Sophie or Noah — the same people who write your quote run the session. For larger productions we sometimes bring in outside musicians, but the studio block is always with our team.

The rooms

Live room

42 m² for drums, bass, guitar amps and up to 8 people including the engineer. Glass to the booths, sight lines to control.

Iso booths (2)

Lead, backing and spoken word dry and controlled. Talkback and headphone mixes per artist.

Control room

Hybrid console with 32 inputs, nearfields and a dedicated mastering position. Remote mix projects run here when you supply stems.

How we work

Sessions are booked in blocks that match your budget and stamina: half-day vocals, full band day, hourly mix offline. Mix and master quotes include 2 revision rounds; further rounds are quoted separately.

Minimum age in the studio is 16. Younger artists need written guardian consent and an adult present. No smoking anywhere — booths stay fresh for the vocalist after you.

Getting here

Bellamystraat 47, 1053 BL Amsterdam (Amsterdam-West). Tram 13 stop Bellamyplein (5-minute walk). Bus 22 stop Bilderdijkstraat. From Amsterdam Centraal about 15 minutes on tram 13 towards Amsterdam Sloterdijk.

Hours: Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–22:00; closed Monday and Sunday. Evening sessions by appointment. Evening slots when the diary allows — mention it in your request.
