We are open Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–22:00; closed Monday and Sunday. Evening sessions by appointment. Evenings and Saturdays fill up; allow at least two weeks if you can. Last-minute sometimes works by phone if a gap opens.

Yes — band day plus later mixing, or vocals followed by mastering. One quote or linked quotes under the same project name.

Yes, B2B with ex-VAT invoices and payment within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Add your PO in the request.

By appointment, often just before a session or during a gap if the engineer has time. No open walk-in days.

For vocals: backing track and tempo notes help. For mix: stems via wetransfer or drive, 24-bit WAV where possible. See vocal prep and mix budget.

Up to 8 in the live room including the engineer. Extra guests in control by agreement — large audiences distract.

Drum kit, DIs and amps are ready for band sessions. Bring your own guitars and bass unless we agree otherwise. Rehearsal space has PA and kit on request.

Extra time only if you want it and the next slot allows. Billed per started half hour at the quoted service rate.

16 in the studio. Younger with written guardian consent and an adult present — see terms.

Default 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless your project uses another rate. MP3 on request for quick checks. More: master delivery formats.

12 months after last activity, then we delete our copies. Back up yourself — we are not cloud storage.

On request when time allows after the session. Standard delivery is agreed selects or mix/master per quote. Raw takes can be large; bring a drive if you want everything locally.

After quote acceptance you receive upload instructions. Work starts once all stems are complete and named per our checklist in understand mix pricing.

Up to 2 bundled revision rounds included. Further rounds or a new artistic direction after approval are quoted separately.

When you initiate and pay, neighbouring rights on the phonogram are generally yours after full payment. Details in article 11.

Only with written consent. No social clips without your OK — see privacy policy.

Guests must know they are recorded. Commercial use releases are your responsibility; we can provide a standard form. Guide: podcast rights.

No. No training, no voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned.

You warrant you have rights to samples and covers used. We do not clear label rights; seek legal advice if unsure.

Yes — consumer rates on the site include 21% VAT, e.g. €109 for vocals per hour. Ex-VAT on services and business invoices.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in studio by arrangement. IBAN on quote and invoice.

Distance contracts as a consumer: 14-day withdrawal with exceptions if the session starts within that period with your consent. See article 6.

More than 7 days ahead: free. Within 7 days the deposit may move once to a new date within three months. Session day no-show: full fee. Article 7.
