This disclaimer applies to use of https://mushyvanta.digital operated by Mushyvanta B.V. (Mushyvanta), Bellamystraat 47, 1053 BL Amsterdam. It supplements legal notice and terms and conditions for non-contractual site content. Bookings and studio work are primarily governed by the terms and your quote.
2. No professional or legal advice
Articles in guides such as vocal prep, mix budgets, master formats and podcast rights are practical explanations, not legal, tax or medical advice. For copyright, neighbouring rights or label deals, consult a specialist. Service questions: contact or 020 244 8916.
3. Accuracy of information
We update rates, hours (Tue–Sat 10–22) and services descriptions regularly, but pages may lag between updates. Your written quote and confirmation prevail. Site prices are incl. 21% VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Creative and technical outcomes
Recording, mixing and mastering are creative and technical. Outcomes depend on performance, arrangement, source quality, references and revision rounds (default 2). We deliver professional work per the quote but do not guarantee commercial success, specific loudness targets or third-party approval (labels, platforms). Measurable specs only if explicitly in the quote.
5. Website availability
Hosting is by TransIP B.V.. Maintenance, outages or attacks may cause temporary downtime. Mushyvanta B.V. is not liable for damage from unavailability except intent or wilful misconduct. The contact form uses FormSubmit; if it fails, email [email protected] directly.
