Booking in four steps
- Request via contact with service, scope and dates.
- Quote within 2 working days, in writing.
- Deposit 30% — then the slot is reserved.
- Session and delivery; archive 12 months.
Cancellation and rescheduling
More than 7 days before start: free reschedule or cancel. Inside that window the deposit may move once to a new date within three months. On the session day itself the full session fee applies for no-show unless force majeure. Details: article 7 and FAQ.
